The gantry palletizer puts cartons, plastic bags, film bags or other packages on pallets (wooden, plastic) according to a certain arrangement, performing automatic stacking. It can stack multiple layers, then automatically transport them to the solid pallet station.

The double-channel gantry palletizer divides boxes into two lanes and enters the unscrambling platform through the box-separating mechanism, then is pushed to the lifting platform for palletizing, achieving higher stacking efficiency.

This equipment adopts PLC+ touch screen control for intelligent operation and management, which is simple to master, reducing labor requirements and intensity. Designed for high speed, stability and space saving with separate take-off plate for faster operation.
